Who we are
Moneytise builds websites, WhatsApp assistants, automation and marketing for small businesses. We are based in Lebanon. In this policy "we" means Moneytise, and "you" means anyone who visits our site, fills in one of our forms or contacts us.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name, business type, city and anything you write in a form or a message.
- Ad lead forms: when you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you submitted.
- WhatsApp messages: the messages, photos, logos and files you send us, and our replies. Some replies are sent by an automated assistant.
- Website usage: pages you visit, the buttons you tap (for example a WhatsApp button), the ad or link that brought you, and basic device and browser information.
- Choices you make on the site, such as your business type or language, saved in your own browser.
How we use it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to our services.
- To reply to you, prepare your quote and build and deliver the work you ask for.
- To send you previews, updates, invoices and reminders about your project or renewal.
- To measure which of our ads work, so we show them to the right people and spend less.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and ad tracking
Our site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to know when a visitor from our ads contacts us. These may set cookies and send Meta information such as the page, the button tapped and a click ID from the ad.
Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see no tracking until they accept it. Everyone else can decline using the banner on the site, and the choice is remembered in their browser. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run our business, and only for that purpose:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) for ads, lead forms and messaging.
- Our WhatsApp automation provider, which handles incoming messages and automatic replies.
- Our hosting, domain and database providers, which store the sites we build and project details.
- Payment providers you choose to pay with, such as Whish or OMT.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are talking to you or working together, and for as long as needed for invoices and legal records. If you never become a client, we delete your enquiry details within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request on WhatsApp to +961 79 306 233 and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
