Because a five-page site for a salon and an ordering site for a supermarket are different jobs, and a price list would either overcharge one or under-deliver for the other. Instead, you get one fixed price in writing within 1–2 hours, listing everything included. That number doesn't change.
Is 2–4 days realistic? What's the catch?
It's realistic because we only build for small businesses, so we've done each kind of project many times. The 2–4 days start from your go-ahead and assume we have your logo, photos and prices on day 1. If something from your side arrives late, the launch moves by the same number of days — we tell you that up front, in the quote.
Do I need a logo, photos and text ready before we start?
No. We write all the copy in Arabic and English ourselves. Recent photos from your phone are usually enough, and we'll tell you exactly which shots to take. If you don't have a logo, we set your name in a clean wordmark so you can launch now and add a logo later.
Who owns the website, the domain and the accounts?
You do. The domain, Google profile, WhatsApp Business account and all content are registered in your business name from day one. If you ever move to someone else, we hand everything over — no fees, no hostage logins.
Can I make changes myself after launch?
Yes. Simple edits — prices, opening hours, photos, offers — you can make yourself, and we show you how in a short video. On a monthly plan you just send the change on WhatsApp and we do it, usually the same working day.
We're not in your city. Can you still work with us?
Yes. Almost all of our work happens on WhatsApp, with voice notes and a live preview link, so it works the same in Riyadh, Kuwait City, Amman or Cairo. We work with businesses across the Gulf, the Levant, Iraq and Egypt.
How do payments and invoices work?
50% when you approve the quote, 50% when your project is live. Every payment comes with a proper invoice (فاتورة) in your business name, showing VAT where it applies — ready for your accountant. Nothing is due before you've approved the quote.
What if I don't like what you've built?
You see the work on a private preview link within a day or two, so there are no surprises at launch. Your changes come first, and we don't launch until you approve. If your quote's scope isn't met, we keep working until it is.
