Our WhatsApp story
We outgrew WhatsApp messages, so we built them a system.
2019
We started taking neighbours' orders on WhatsApp: a photo of a handwritten list, or a voice note from the kitchen.
2023
More than 150 chats a day. Orders lost between messages, items forgotten, and endless back-and-forth: “Which brand? How many?”
Today
You pick products and quantities here, and your order reaches us on WhatsApp neatly listed with names, prices and a total. We confirm it within minutes and pack it with no more questions.
